How do I place an alcohol delivery order?

Ordering is fast and secure through DoorDash:

  • On Mobile: Open the DoorDash app on your phone and search for "Alcohol" or "Belmont Beverage and Chalet Party Shoppe".
  • On Desktop: Visit DoorDash.com in your web browser and search for our shop.

You can browse thousands of real-time items directly from our store shelves, add them to your cart, verify your age, and complete your order seamlessly.

What age verification and ID requirements apply?

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive alcohol delivery.

  • At Checkout: You will be prompted to complete a secure age verification process directly in the DoorDash app/website.
  • At Delivery: You must be physically present and have a physical, valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID) in hand for the driver to scan/verify. Digital IDs or photos of IDs are not accepted.
What cities and zip codes do you deliver to?

We are rolling out delivery in phases across Northern Indiana:

😉Pilot Phase (Fort Wayne): Delivery is currently available for select Fort Wayne zip codes: 46805, 46815, 46835, 46825, and 46845. Note: We will grow our delivery area based on customer demand.

Future Expansion: By the end of 2027, alcohol delivery will expand to all store locations across South Bend, Elkhart, Goshen, Middlebury, Decatur, Granger, and Roanoke.

What are your alcohol delivery hours?

During our initial pilot phase, delivery operating hours are as follows (EST):

  • Tuesday – Saturday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday: Delivery Closed

Delivery hours will be expanded across all store locations as we complete our regional rollout.

What are the delivery fees and order minimums?
  • Delivery Fee: $5.49 per order.
  • First-Time Customer Promo: Your $5.49 delivery fee is waived ($0 Delivery) on your first alcohol delivery order with us on DoorDash!
  • Minimum Order Value: Orders must be at least $15.00 worth of product (before taxes and fees) to qualify for delivery.
Can I schedule an order for later?

Yes! DoorDash allows you to schedule your alcohol delivery up to days in advance. Simply select your preferred delivery date and time window during the checkout process in the DoorDash app or website.

Under what circumstances can a delivery driver refuse delivery?

For legal and safety compliance, the delivery driver may refuse delivery if:

  • The recipient appears intoxicated.
  • The recipient cannot present a physical, valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21+.
  • The ID provided is expired, fraudulent, or belongs to someone else.
  • Any other circumstance prevents a safe and lawful delivery.
Refund Policy on Refused Deliveries: If delivery is refused for compliance or legal reasons, your product purchase will be refunded; however, the delivery fee will remain non-refundable.
Can someone else at my home receive the delivery for me?

Yes, as long as the person receiving the order is 21 years of age or older and can present a physical, valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Deliveries cannot be left unattended on doorsteps, porches, or in mailboxes.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

While our inventory syncs in real-time, high demand can occasionally result in an item being sold out before your order is fulfilled. If an item is out of stock, our team or DoorDash may cancel the order or item. Please monitor your text messages and emails for immediate updates regarding inventory changes or order updates.

How will I track my delivery status?

Once your order is placed, you will receive real-time updates via text message and push notifications from the DoorDash app tracking your dasher's progress from our store straight to your doorstep.

*Must be 21 or older to purchase and receive alcohol delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at checkout and upon delivery. For legal and safety reasons, our delivery driver may refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid identification, presents a fraudulent ID, or if any other circumstance prevents a lawful delivery. If delivery is refused, the product purchase will be refunded; however, the delivery fee will remain non-refundable. Delivery available during standard operating compliance hours for participating stores. We do not deliver to university residence halls, fraternities, sororities, retailers, bars/restaurants or any other location prohibited by the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission (ATC).
