Position: Retail Team Member

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service (10-4 Rule)
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Check IDs for alcohol and tobacco sales
• Stock shelves and coolers; rotate inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Promote sales through product knowledge and up-selling
• Attend required training and store meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Support store security and team communication

Requirements:

• Indiana alcohol sales permit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Strong judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Basic alcohol and tobacco product knowledge

• Availability to work all holidays as needed
  

• Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions require previous leadership or management experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 25–50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and other physical tasks
• Clear close-range vision

This role may include additional responsibilities as assigned by management or executive leadership.
