How does online ordering work?

Orders must be placed and paid for online. We do not accept phone orders for pickup.

What do I need at pickup?

Valid government-issued photo ID
Physical payment card used (unless Apple Pay or Google Pay)

Orders cannot be released to anyone other than the verified purchaser unless a 21+ designated recipient was specified at checkout.

Can my order be cancelled or refused?

Stores may cancel your order upon online submission if:

Further in-store verification is required by a store associate
An inventory discrepancy occurs

If a store associate declines your order upon submission, you will receive an email notification immediately and the store will call you directly to discuss next steps.

If cancelled or refused, refunds are issued to the original card used. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Can my order be refused at pickup?

Yes. Even if your order has been approved beforehand, it may still be refused at pickup if:

Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior is suspected
The customer appears intoxicated at pickup
Valid government-issued ID is not presented and or not matching the payment details from the online order receipt
You are not the designated pickup recipient

How do keg requests work?

This is a keg request submission and not a confirmed order.

We recommend contacting your preferred store location of ours directly 1–2 weeks before you need your keg so the store can place the order.

Due to the short shelf life of kegs, store associates will not place keg orders earlier than 1–2 weeks in advance.

Belmont Beverage: $30 refundable keg deposit / $40 refundable pump deposit
Chalet Party Shoppe: $40 refundable keg deposit / $50 refundable pump deposit
