VODKA RECIPES

Flirtini

Three Rivers Distilling
1oz Harvester Vodka
.75oz Triple Sec
2oz Pineapple Juice
3oz Champagne or Prosecco

Shake first three ingredients.

Fine strain into chilled flute or coupe. Top with champagne. Garnish with a cherry.

American Ass

Hotel Tango
2 oz Victor Vodka
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
Ginger beer to top
pinch of mint

Add Victor Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with your favorite ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint.

Milano

Three Rivers Distilling
1oz Harvester Vodka
1oz Campari
1oz Fresh Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Goddaughter

2oz Harvester Vodka
1oz Amaretto
1oz Cream

Shaken. Fine strain into an ice filled old-fashioned glass.

BOURBON RECIPES

2oz Three Rivers Early Bourbon
1dash Real Grenadine (2 sugar: 1 POM wonderful)
2dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Stirred with ice. Strain over new ice in rocks or old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest.

Old Fashioned

Hotel Tango
2 oz Bravo Bourbon
.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
Orange swath
Luxardo cherry

Combine Bravo Bourbon, simple, and bitters in a glass over ice. Stir, strain, and serve in a single rocks glass on a large cube. Garnish with a cherry and an orange swath.

.5oz Honey Syrup (1 honey: 1 hot water)
1oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

Shaken. Fine strain into chilled coupe.

1.5 oz Mike Moonshine
1.5 oz coffee liqueur
Orange swath

Stir Mike Moonshine and coffee liqueur with ice chips, then strain and serve on a large rock. Garnish with an orange swath.

.75oz Fresh Sweet Vermouth
.25oz Cherry Brandy
1dash Absinthe
2dashes Angostura Bitters

Stirred with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

LIQUEUR RECIPES

Revolver

Three Rivers Distilling
2oz Three Rivers Early Bourbon
.5oz Three Rivers Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass for about thirty seconds. Strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with a strip of orange peel after expressing its oils over the drink.

Battle of Ol' Charlie

Hotel Tango

2 oz Lima Charlie Limoncello
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
Lemon swath

Add Lima Charlie Limoncello, lemon juice, simple, bitters, and ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into a single rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a lemon swath.

Toasted Almond

Three Rivers Distilling
1oz Three Rivers Coffee Liqueur
1oz Amaretto
2oz Cream
Put all three ingredients in the shaker and shake well. Pour in a large glass filled with ice cubes

YASSS KWEEN!

Hotel Tango
2 oz Oscar Charlie Orangecello
.75 oz almond milk
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Orange swath

Add Oscar Charlie Orangecello, almond milk, lemon juice, simple, and ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into an iced glass. Garnish with an orange swath.

Hoosier Americano

Three Rivers Distilling
1.5oz Three Rivers Early Bourbon
1oz Three Rivers Coffee Liqueur
1oz Heavy Cream

RUM RECIPES

Honeysuckle

Three Rivers Distilling
2oz River City Rum
1oz Honey Syrup (1 honey: 1 hot water)
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Shaken. Fine strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel.

Hotel Tango
2 oz Romeo Rum
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Soda water
Mint leaves
Lime wheel (instructions on next page)

Combine Romeo Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a mason jar filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint leaves and a lime wheel.

1.5oz River City Rum
1oz Pineapple Juice
.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup (1 sugar: 1 hot water)
.25oz Real Grenadine (2 simple syrup: 1 POM wonderful)

Blend all ingredients in blender with 12oz of crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry. Serve with straws.

French 75

1oz Summit City Gin
.75oz Simple Syrup (1 sugar: 1 hot water)
.5oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3oz Champagne or Prosecco
Shake first three ingredients. Fine strain into chilled flute or coupe. Top with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel.
